Very durable, works for iPads and iPhones! Also a plus is it is very strong and I don't foresee any problems with it falling apart like the normal Apple charger cords! I wanted to try this because my 2 boys have went through chargers faster than I thought possible! The chargers that came with their iPad mini's have long been thrown away because they have fell apart. Trying to get a 6 year old and an 11 year old to carefully un-attach their iPad's from the chargers is practically impossible and it causes the cords to become worn fast and using the wires are exposed in a short time frame.
Update: It has been about two months since purchasing this product and I wanted to show some pictures of the product to show how well it has worked! As I said above, my son's are not the most aware of being careful with charger cords and we have spent so much money on replacement ones that we even said our Christmas budget was going to be less because of how many cords we have had to buy!
This one has stood up to their ultimate test and is going strong! I couldn't be happier with the durability and strength of this product, I have recommended it to several family members and friends!
